I am working on a drawing issue slip wizard, and each project will use its own spreadsheet. However, the participants sometimes will be the same, and I want to have a separate spreadsheet that will have info about the participants only. It is similar to a contacts list, with a few custom entries, like role, job description. Now I want all the issue slip spreadsheets to read from(and write to) that participants spreadshead (or database, but I am unfamiliar with MS Acess databases)

Can someone perhaps help me or point me in the right direction?
