    Re: Re-arrange Data

Let me explain you what i need.

I have 2 invoice amount from 2 seperate source (QB or BO) .....same Invoice #..... Cell (B4:B1532)
Basically for each Invoice # ( Column B), there is likely to be 2 invoice amount.
What i need to do is put them if they are from QB or BO and see the diff between 2 source for same invoice.

Please me know if you have any questions.

Thanks in advance and thank u for your help.

    Re: Re-arrange Data

In my opinion I have made what you need
    1. I have made unique list of invoices numbers
    2. my formula is finding sum (maybe no necessary but in this case this not important) for QB and BO columns H and I for every unique invoice number
    3. in columns J there is difference
    You should adjust ranges
My formula is a array formula (accepted by CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER)
