Multi-record to single-line based on repeating line number sequence

I have an Excel workbook that has two sheets. The first sheet has the data the way we received it and the second sheet has the format needed. The data did not come with a preexisting shell due to it being a special compilation.

The first sheet has all data in multiple records based on GEOID AND 13 LNTITLES AND LNNUMBER 1 -13. The same GEOID repeats 13 times, one for each line number. There is a data field that has unique number for each line number for each GEOID (13,430 records) should be on;y about 1000 records, one per GEOID and they should be horizotal as fields.

The format needed on sheet 2 should just be one instance of the GEOID under its own field with a header of GEOID. Then, 13 data categories based on one set of (LNTITLE) that should be separate fields. We only need the data tied to LNNUMBER 1,2 and 13 for each GEOID.

I know how to transpose manually, but cannot take the time on a set of 13,430 records.
Can anyone help with a VB maco in excel so I can see how this can be done, in case this comes up again.
Had issues trying to attach the spreadsheet, can e-mail. Thanks in advance !

Sure, post up a sample workbook with 4-5 sets of this raw data and a manual mockup of the desired results so we can see clearly all that is intended.

Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up a copy of your workbook.
