How Do I Move Cells From Rows To Columns

Thank you all in advance.

Let's see if I can make this as easy as possible. I have a sheet with two columns and aprox. two thousand rows. I need to move certain cells from the column to a row.

In my example, there are multiple user names, each with different colors. I need to have the layout on the row so I can export/import into a SQL file.

Since I have A LOT of different names and colors, I am asking for a easy way. There is also another problem. I have several hundred different "Alexs", "Bobs", etc.
