Macro to filter based on column heading then copy and paste to new sheet

    Hey Guys,

You may have seen a blitz of posts lately, however I am two functions away from completing this project. Here is my first problem: I want a macro to select the underlying data beneath a column (column name: Position) and filter it for those numbers greater then 2. Once the macro filters that information I want to grab all the remaining info (columns A:E or beyond) and all rows beneath the top headers, then copy to a new sheet. Finally the macro would delete the previous sheet with all data (that was previously filtered).

I am having trouble because while their is consistency with the column names the amount of rows can vary greatly. Also I can't name the active sheet because file names will vary as well ( I want the macro to work for any sheet import).

    Thanks!

Bump - I have attached a dummy workbook to illustrate further. Same thing as my previous explanation and I added some additional notes on Sheet3. I have a recorded macro saved in the workbook that may shed some additional light.

Thank you for any feedback or help!Example.xls

TTT- wanted to throw this up there again. I hope what I am describing is clear in both the post and document. I am even willing to gchat or use some other messaging services if something is still fuzzy
