How to change current syntax to have ActiveSheet.Previous.Select

Hello and thanks for looking at this with me.

If I have the following syntax:

"Feb!" is the name (or caption) of Sheet2. I have (12) worksheets labeled Jan through Dec and Jan is Sheet1 and Feb is Sheet2, so on and so fourth. So then " + FEB!RC" is just adding the cell that is on that worksheet.

How do I change the "Feb!RC" to use:

instead of the actual worhsheet?
