Question Macro - Copying Exisiting sheets into a new workbook

Afternoon Guys and Girls - My Names Daniel - Awesome to meet you ..

Im trying to get a Macro to work on Excel , what i want it to do is the following ,

I start with the main excel file i want everything to copy into , This has 5 Worksheets in them ,[LIST]
[*] HEALTHCHECK[*] SPR[*] DASHBOARD[*] DASHBOARD 2[*] DATA

This sheet has the Naming usually of ### Name Healthcheck 01.01.01.xls , but we have to use 2 other workbooks to copy info into them ,

The First is an SPR Sheet , this file usually has the name Restaurant reports wk 48-52.xls , and there are hundreds of Other created Sheets in there , but only after the sheet that corresponds to the store , The Healthcheck sheet at the start will have the Store Number on it already in cell K4 , and the Sheets in the Restaurant reports wk 48-52.xls file are named in sequence as 1337 SPR 48-52 , 1336 SPR 48-52 . 1335 SPR 48-42 and so forth..

Question One .. Is there a Macro that I can create and click on the ### Name Healthcheck 01.01.01.xls file that will allow me to automatically copy the correct sheet from Restaurant reports wk 48-52.xls to the SPR sheet ,

And then a similar process but this time with a different Workbook called a Datasheet , this usually has a file name of #### Restaurant Name Healthcheck 01.01.2011.xls in which i want the DASHBOARD sheet on this Workbook to copy to the DASHBOARD sheet on the ### Name Healthcheck 01.01.01.xls file.

    Are you Confused yet ?

Good Luck Ladies and Gents ..

excel files are available on request..

    Thanks a Million ,
    Daniel
