I would like to control the font size with a macro.

Hi, I am an old new bee who has no knowledge of Visual Basic. I would like the range to be ("A1:I9") and count the length of the numbers in the string. If the number is one I would like the fontsize to be 36. If the number is anything else I would like the fontsize to be 10. I have been trying it on my own but the best I can do is incorrect syntax.
I only use excel for the formulas needed to change dimensions in recipes and solving math problems, not for spreadsheets. This time it is for Sudoku solving puzzles. Thanks for any help.

It worked perfectly. Thank you very much, I am going to try it out on a Sudoku puzzle from the paper now. This is also a very nice attachment for excel and with my trying to figure it out I actually had some of the things correct. Thanks again.
