Sub copied from one workbook to second not working

I have a subroutine "GetLastMaintenance" that I developed after several iterations in Workbook "Last Maint Test", but does not work when I copy it back to my original workbook "Last Maint Live" from which it was developed. I renamed one sheet "maintenance" to "allmaintenance", (adjusting accordingly) and cannot think of any other changes I made. I assume I'm missing something relatively obvious, but am very new to VBA.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
