Route Run Distances based on postcode area

I have looked through previous posts and can't see anything that matches what I'm lokking for.

Is it possible to calculate time and distance in Excel where start and end postcodes are always the same but could have single or multiple stops to make en route. The route would be identified by a unique reference. The attached file gives and indication of what is required whereas if there is only 1 postcode against the route number, the result should show as start to delivery and finish at end. If multiple stops then it would need to keep going until it reached the last route number.

The file may explain easier.
