Select, copy and print data into separate columns

I am trying to get my overtime assignment spreadsheet to automatically select, copy and paste an employees name from a column above it. We utilize a much wider version of the attached spreadsheet to simplify the Overtime selection process. Our business works 24/7 365 and mployees can mark up to work a myriad of shifts. Our department admin clerk spends a large chunk of her time every Thursday manually culling/selecting employees. It would really be a blessing if someone could help me with this piece either with a macro or loop to expedite the process. The iserror statement I attempted to use in cell only returns the word TRUE.
