Message box and stoping macro until condition met

I need a macro that will come on top of my code that if condition is not met macro will stop and pop up box will come up saying "Missing Data" and empty cell would be Higlighted.

Condition is to look at column C,D and E and if for example E15 is not empty and D15 is empty to highlight the cell in D column that is empty and pop up the message box. (Range is C8:E30).

In other words if cell C10 is not empty look at cell, E10 and if that one and cell D10 is empty highlight only cells D10, and stop the macro from running as well as pop up message "Missing Data".

    Thank you

If message box is not essential, you can highlight your empty cells with CONDITIONNAL FORMATTING.

can you explain in more details the conditions to follow? Is column C has something to do with the conditions?

How and when will the highlighted cell be resetted?

Also, will you run the macro manually or do you want a macro that will be triggered every time a cell is changed in your worksheet?
If the macro stops when it finds a missing data, I hope you wont have to many of those.
