Look up and extract data in this special case

Can any one help me to look up and extract data in this case? Thank you so much.

I have database of participants to all training courses divided Date and Time. I want to make a attendance list by Date and Time in the format as shown below.

If you want to use formula only, then you need to relax some criterias....
What if you just enter a date and time and all the data related to this automatically comes up ... if you agree to this, share a sample file containing more data which has many trainees with a single training date and time to test it fully.. Thanks.
