Working week Split

Hi:

I want to create a working week range for any year in the following pattern:

You give start date and 1st week ends on Sunday
I want to end the week on 15th of the month And end of month even if that becomes partial week


This is shown as below as example for week starting 2/13/2012. This week will be split into 2 partial week.
This week starts on Monday but need to end on 15th (Wed) as per my requirement.
Then week starts on 2/16/2012 and ends on 2/19/2012



Column C Column D Column E Column F

Mon 1/2/2012 1/8/2012 Sun
Mon 1/9/2012 1/15/2012 Sun

.
Mon 2/13/2012 2/15/2012 Wed
Thu 2/16/2012 2/19/2012 Sun
