    If statement does not pull and copy employee names

    I am working with Excel 2003 to pseudo automate our departments overtime selection process. The example posted elsewhere in this forum works well (Excel 2007) - which is of course NOT what we are utilizing here.

    I have ironed out most of my wrinkles except how to transfer the selected employes to the "output" sheet for the specific shift. I am at present using the following code:

    This results in "TRUE" being printed in the out put block and not an employees nameschedule pick.xls


    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
