ActiveX vs. Form Controls: File Size

Is there any documentation related specifically to file sizes under both scenarios? If I were to recreate a 25 worksheet, 200+ activeX control workbook using form controls (and ignoring any cosmetic or functional losses), could I expect a file size substantially below (or above) its activeX counterpart?

I've researched this one a good bit and usually land on 'How to reduce your excel file size', which will speak to the inflationary nature of both activeX and form controls in general to a workbook, but not specifically or one vs. the other as a file size reducer best practice.

    Thanks,

Probably quicker to try it and see...

FWIW, I would expect the forms version to be smaller.
