match A3 to range then copy result into another sheet..

Hi im pretty new to vbas/macros and im having a little trouble trying to write a macro to match a cell in the range "A5:A80" with "A3". When its found copy the contents of "Y( the same row number as the matched A cell.. so if it was A10 that matched then copy Y10)" and paste it including the fill colour into the next free cell in the A column in a sheet called "results".

so far ive been trying to use vlookup in the destination cell but it wasnt working well

    any helps much appreciated

    cheers
