    copy Merge pattern

    Hi guys!!
I've searched a lot couldn't find it anywhere

Is there any possible way to copy values from a range
and paste with same data, same format and same merged cells
ie. if first two cells of the copied row are merged then upon pasting data
the first two cells of the target location should get merged.

In other words i want to emulate FORMAT PAINTER. Help!!!
As quickly as possible.Thnx in advance

Paste Special...Format should do this for you.

Paste special only copies the values and formatting except the merge pattern
if you could show me how to replicate the merged cells??

It works in 2003, don't have 2007 at work to try it but would assume it would be the same.
