Hi there i have attached excel file in https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=20270535a0d00ef5 file name Book2 in the in sheet1 both the if contion should return value for true as the matching values appear in sheet2.
can some one help me place

Hi,

Many (perhaps most of us) are disinclined to upload files from sites of possibly dubious provenance. Why aren't you using the forum upload?
You are much more likely to get a response if you do so.
