Change font color of Find text

I have a large worksheet that is used by multiple users (it is accessed 25,000 a month) and I'd like to be able to change the text color of the Ctrl - F results within the cell it is found in. I've seen an example of how to change the text for a particular word, but I will never know what the user is looking for in advance. Is it possible to do this, and if so, how? I'm fairly certain I'll need to use VBA macro. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
