Add fixed number to cell value on each macro run

Hello!
I hope you can help me create a macro that will add 1 to the value of the A1 cell on a worksheet – up to a certain number (say 20). This way each time you run a macro it will add 1 to A1 and if it is 20 – it will show the message that the operation is over.
