Coding Help for an excel document

First I wanted to say thank you for helping if you can I really apreciate it!

I was wondering if anyone can help me with some coding and information so I can get this excel sheet to do what I would like it to do. Some of the information is confidential and I may not be able to give some specific details but I will be as descriptive as possible. This is what I would like the sheet to do.

With the click of a command button
Go to certain URL
Fill in the username and password field
Then select a button "Login"
After loading select a button (possible text button) Labeled "Interactions"
After loading fill in a field below a label of "updated on"
There are 2 fields that must be filled out which is beginning date and ending date (YYYY-MM-DD) I would prefer if this data could be pulled from the spread sheet A1 being beginning date A2 being ending date. NOTE: there is also a calender link that if clicked you can then select the date you wish and it will fill out the field for you.
In addition to this I need it to fill out a form right after the words "showing" to the number 4000
Afterward it needs to select a refresh button labeled "execute filters"
When the page loads I want it to select all of the data on this page and paste it into colums C:L as values only.

I hope this is enough information and that you can help! Also if you can label comments so I can make changes to this any help whatsoever is welcome I have never done any type of programming but can pick it up fast with some good comments.
