List dates with three days to expire

Hello
I need to open excel, to be shown a list of dates that are 3 days to maturity.

example:

In column "E" I have several dates, when I open the file, you made ​​a calculation to see if the dates are three days to get the date iqual cell "D4".

So I want vericas after the dates in column "E" is iqual cell "D4", a list box will appear with these dates.
WARNING: You have to be for VBA, not conditional formatting!
Can anyone help me.
