Extract text from string in cell

[VBA FTW]

Hey, I need a little help extracting text from another string of text. I have this in cell A1:

DL 0220DSLF11OPAS1G306632012120123071020121201230710

I need to extract the text in red above. The number of characters in this string will always be the same, and it will always begin with D and end with 0. I need to do this in VBA and show the extracted text in cell Z1. Any ideas of where to start?
