    Auto Updating Calendar

I have a project in mind for improving the scheduling in my lab. We currently use a simple list to keep track of current project status. I would like to visualize this in a calendar format in the same spreadsheet. This is pretty easy to do manually, but I wanted to see if there was a way to have it done automatically using macros. I have been using Excel for many years, but have never had much reason to start learning about macros, so I am looking for some advice on how to go about this.

I have attached an example of the schedule data and a calendar I made manually. It is probably not the best layout either since later in the year you will not be able to view the correct part of the calendar and the list at the same time, so any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

I haven't had any responses yet so I'm bumping this up.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm looking for the same thing.

    Thanks!
