Question Change default alert on locked worksheet when a user attempts to select locked cell

Is there a way to change the default message in excel 2007 / 2010, when a user attempts to select a locked cell to a custom alert?

Thank you swoop works well - can I modify it to display the warning only once? With the present code, when a user selects the cell it displays the warning I want, but Excel also then selects the enitre range indicated resulting in a second warning. How can I tell excel not to select the entire range?
