How to solve this complicated criterion

table1 is for data entry in 0 and 1 only, Table2 have Row x1 to x4 and Colonm x1 to x4 thes are fixed valuse of calculating where 1 is entered.

above example p1,x1=1, p1,x3=1 and p1,x4=1 it calculate as x1 to x3 is Transaction1 and x3 to x4 Transaction2. go to fixed values table2 check what number is. it is T1=52 and T2=23.. like wise I need to show automatically values in Table3 as change in Table1.
