Calculating Dynamic Table Value

Hello all,

Need a simple calculation: the difference between the "In" and "Out" date is more than 7 days in the sample worksheet. If more than 7, display yes and color font red. If 7 or less, display no.

The amount of data varies every month. I can achieve these result via conditional formatting and IF statements but when I have a few hundred rows of data, I start to think there must be a more efficient way via macros.

This I have done - was wondering if VBA is more efficient since the amount of data is a dynamic variable based on the month. Thanks for the response!
