    Dear Sir,

    Pls see attached file.

    if workers earned 21000 - No Tax Rs.Nil
    21000-45000 - Rs.240
    45000-60000 - Rs.470
    61000-75000 - Rs.710
    Above 75000 - Rs.940

    This should come in one column.

    Pls help see attached file.

    You haven't attached anything so I'm not clear what result you want? Do you want a single figure for tax payable given a specific salary or do you want it split into each band. It would be helpful if you could provide some representative examples with input and required output

    The attached file is just what you listed above - what do you specifically want to do - I assume if you enter a value somewhere then you use this table to workout the tax rate? Can you show some examples as all you have done is placed the above figures in your first post into a workbook. Please show some examples
    e.g. If I place a number/figure into cell xx then I want the output to appear in cell xx - give some example inputs and outputs. I have no idea what you want to achieve?
