Getting Passwork Prompt when closing

When user tried to closed excel-VBA they get password prompt which doesn't allow them to close it, they have to keep clicking on cancel or exit the excel from task manager. Please help.

How can we help from a picture, especially has you appear to have blocked part of it from sight?

Hi Roy,
I have just blocked the name of the project and the picture is just the password prompt which user is getting while closing the excel, iam not getting this error. I searched on Google and found that it must be because of Google Desktop installed on the system. What do you think about this, its pretty strange. Please look at this forum link.
