coloring a row

hi all i want a macro which will search for word "employee name .........." in the cell A and from range a1 to a200 , wherever it finds Employee name the particular row gets colored from column a to column f.

Macro not necessary, use Conditional Formatting
Select A1
Create a new rule and select and "Use a formula to determine..." option
Enter this formula
=(LEFT(A1,13)="Employee name")
format as required
Use Format Painter to to copy to other cells

Much as I agree that conditional formatting is the preferred option try....
