Making info visible or invisible depending on outcome of event

    Hi,

I am trying to create the following worksheet:

Looking at the attached image shows the intended format I require, basically I want to select from the drop down list and based on what is selected this will then populate B8 and onwards, there may be one line , two, three or even many lines that are populated based on what is selected from the drop down list. For example I have selected "List 1" from the drop down list and this has 4 records attached to it which are populated as seen. I would like the check boxes to appear with each line added (i.e. each line only appears if there is info to fill into the cell, therefore if there are 4 lines of info then it will populate 4 lines, 8 lines will show tick boxes for each of the 8 lines). I would lilke to have the option of selecting each cell individually or using the "Select / Deselect All" button to 'tick' all at once or deselct all at once.

    I hope this makes sense??
