updating a database from different sheet..

Good Day everyone!

I hope someone can help me here. What I want to do is to update a database on a hidden sheet from a different sheet. Basically the program should run like this... (I attached the file) If i put the scientific name on the c2 cell, c3-c7 cells will be populated with data from the database (supposed to be hidden database). And if some entries are missing, i can fill it up in "updating" sheet and click a button and it will be copied/updated automatically to the "database" sheet. Is it possible? Thanks everyone, hope someone could help me... I've stuck here for a long time
