Assistance with DateDIFF in a macro

I wish to use this function to calculate the difference in days between two dates - and know the syntax for the formula and how to make it "run" on a change on the worksheet.

    My dilemas are:
    1. How to define the function to use a "call" in the macro.
    2. how to "name/label/define" my dates
    3. How to put the result of the function in the cell immediately to the left after the calculation is done

    Any suggestions/help?

Still struggling to get my math to work across a range. VBa code should accomplish what this formula does (it is currently typed in the individual cells in column B of this sheet)

In an effort to make my efforts more readily understood, I have enclosed one page from the actual workbook the Lead Men use to manage workload. I need to have the difference in days calculated in VBa and written to column A for business reasons which I will not go into. Cansomeone Please look at my code and help me with a solution?!
