Duplicating X number of rows Y times automatically

Does anyone know if this is possible?

I want to paste a string into a number of rows, the number of rows it is inserted into depends on the number in the cell to the right of the string. I would do this manually but as a result I need to produce around 100,000 rows.

I'd imagine the solution is rather simple but struggling to get my head around it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Example:
A1 = Help B1 = 3
A2 = Me B2 = 2
A3 = Please B3 = 4

If B1 was '2' for example, how could I modify the macro to copy it 20, 200 times, or even 2000 times?

You can enter 20,200 or 2000 in cell B2 and no changes in the macro, to the extent I understood your query
