To have the picture to appear when click on a button or cell

I wish to know how I can use a macro so that when I click on a button or a cell the shapes will come over

and its for different type of shapes appearing beside the button or cell.
I've created a macro. It some how work. But i want the shapes to interchange when i press another button.
Is there anyway to do it? i really need the help ><
