its worth noting, that you will have to create a custom user form to use as the progress bar, as excel does not have a progress bar control.

Keeping Screenupdating as "True", a spare cell may be used to disply the % of completion.Of course it will reduce the speed.

You just need to incorporate it within your code and increment it within your loops, depending on how often you want it to update depends on which loops you put it in.
