Need some help with summarizing data...

I have attached a sample of what I am looking for. I have a spreadsheet that I have a "Players", "Wins" and "Payout" columns. The Players column will have the same name in it several different times. I would like to create a summary page that would combine the players names from multiple lines into 1 line with their name and total their wins and payouts from the data page. I would appreciate any help!!
