Obtain different vlookup depending on contents of a cell

Hey,

I am wanting excel to lookup a different set of data depending on the contents of a pull down menu chosen.

I need a formula for the 'Conservation Status - Regional Status' cells (highlighted red). The idea is that there are 4 regions, and the plants have a different conservation status in each region. Depending on what appears in the 'Regional area optional' pull down menu (highlighted red), the conservation status should vary for each region.

The data for each region is highlighted in yellow in the worksheets.

So, if NYorke region is selected then lookup nyorke data. But if Murraylands then lookup murraylands data etc.
