Pulling data from CSV file with special values

Hi all,

Can someone please help me, I'm trying to do the following:

1) I have an excel worksheet titled 'worksheet1'.
2) Within the worksheet I have several tabs, one of them is titled 'Daily FX Rates'
3) Saved in the folder 'U:\Rates\exp' I have an excel worksheet titled 'spot.csv'.
4) I need a macro to automatically open this file, select all of the cells, paste them as values into the 'Daily FX Rates' tab and then paste the formatting as well.
5) I then need the macro to close the 'spot.csv' sheet.
