Hyperlinks From an existing List

Greetings all,

I am hoping that someone may be able to help with a problem i have regarding hyperlinks.

I have a workbook that i use to track various worksheets, along with the progress i am making. The challenge is to have a macro that will run down a list on the first worksheet, and where cell entry is equal to a name on another worksheet, create a hyperlink to that sheet. If the value in the list doesnt equal the name of one of the other worksheets, it just goes onto the next one.

I realise i may not have explained this very well, so i have mocked up a simplified workbook so you can hopefully follow what i am trying to describe.
