Macro needed

Hi,

I have a workbook (please see attached) with multiple tabs, and each tab contains different numbers of non-blank rows. I want to insert as many number of blank rows at row 11 until the last non-blank row ends at row 100 on all the tabs.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a macro that can achive the above. I need the macro to be able to excute in all the tabs (with no limit as the actual workbook may contain more than 6 tabs) in the workbook. Thank you!
