linking weekly sales report to monthly sales report

I am new to programming and macros. Each of our store managers must manually input sales data on a spreadsheet, with dept sales listed in columns and submit it to me weekly. Then they must manually input the same data in a montly spreadsheet, with dept sales listed in rows, and submit it to me at the end of the month. I want to link the two spreadsheets so that they only have to enter the data into one spreadsheet and the other spreadsheet will automaticxally be updated. I have attached samples of the two spreadsheets for review. One particular challenge I have is to have the correct date referred to in the weekly column appear in the correct row on the monthly. Thanks in advance for any help.FEB.WK. 2.xlsHoultonFebMonth.xlsx

I love to see stuff like this.

How do each store manager access both workbooks? Email, LAN, or what?

    Hi
The managers have the workbook templates on their computers and copy the template each month to fill it in with their numbers. They email their completes spreadsheets to me.
