Opening form for data entry by using a "button"

I am trying to open the forms (Members & Main) by using the tabs created on sheet "Data Entry" (Which is the sheet I would like the workbook to open with.) Is this possible?

You have two forms, Main and Members so you need two macros:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
On your worksheet you have FOUR textboxes, you only need two. Right click each one, select Assign Macro and pick from the popup list.

Thank You Ben. Your solution was easy to follow and worked perfectly. I also removed the extra boxes- thank you very much!
