Automatically Change formatting of Cell in Another Sheet

I have an Excel workbook with three sheets, Draft, Data and Report.

To give you an example, if I manually change the format of Range E55:E83 in the 'Draft' sheet, to 1 decimal number, I would like the format of Range N39:N51 in sheet 'Report' to change automatically to number with 1 decimal..... and so on.

Is there any way I can do it by formula, or do I need to use VBA?

Can someone give a detailed answer please.

    Many Thanks.

I think it has to be done in VBA macros.

The coding is easy for this(all done with the macro recorder).
