Macro to copy a row # times onto a specific tab?

I am in charge of the raffle tickets at an elementary school this year and I know just enough VB and Excel to know there's bound to be an easier way than just copy/paste. I'm doing data entry on a master spreadsheet but I need to create a list of buyers' names/numbers for each raffle package (in order to create the correct # of raffle tickets for each buyer). I need a macro (or something!) that will automatically copy the buyer's name/number onto the correct raffle package tab the correct number of times. I've attached the spreadsheet since I'm not explaining this very well.
