Compare sheets by row & columns.

I am looking for a VBA Macros to compare 2 worksheet within same workbook by rows and columns and copy the complete row to the other sheet with highlighting yellow color.

Now here is the requirement. After running a macro the user get 3 different sheets displaying the results. Matching records, Not-Matching Records and Duplication Records.

Matching is the sheet where it will display all the common records in both the sheets.
Not-Matching is the sheet where it will display those records which are having discrepancy.
Duplicate is the sheet where it will display all those records which are repeated more than 1 within the same sheet for both sheets. i.e. First List & Second List (Updated).

Not-Matching sheet:
In this sheet I need all the discrepancy records. It should check each row and each column for difference. If found it should copy the complete row to the Not-Matching sheet with highlighting yellow color.

Highlighting yellow color? Why because if the complete row is extracted as difference I should know where the problem is is & which field.

Well, you can download the Add In and look through its VBA Code and make your own Macros out of it.
