Merge duplicate row cells, but combine unique cell values (Macro)

I have attached an Excel file containing some examples of what I would like to do.

The only columns that really matter are "I," "K," and "Y." I have failed to create a macro that will MERGE all of the duplicate cells in column "I" into each other then COMBINE the corresponding "K" and "Y" cells into one cell. I am using Office 2011 for Mac. Any help?

    Thanks!
