    Dynamically Build Report With Formatting

I work at a hotel, and I have been asked to create a report that compares offers we have out with those of last year. The report also needs to compare the numbers from last week to those of the current week. There are different departments that create different codes, and the departments require different data to fulfill their desires. One department wants to know how many room nights are booked under a code, and how many bookings there are. And the other department wants to know how many room nights, and how many reponses. To help you understand, John Smith books 2 rooms for 3 nights each. He counts as 1 response, 2 bookings, and 6 room nights. I have attached the report I created, but the problem with it is that every month, and sometimes several times a month, codes change, or are added.

I get my data from querying a database, and I put all of the querys into the input form in the columns that are there.

I think I need to write some VBA that will dynamically create these tables I have built, but I don't know how. I don't know how to create the necessary borders and formating for each code. Things have gotten out of hand, and my actual report has turned into 10 pages of these things, and it takes me almost an entire day to compile. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
