Mail forwarding

hi everybody.... i have an excel sheet where in the range is copied as bmp image and pasted onto outlook's body...but i have a problem here everytime it sends in a new mail... i want the first mail of the day should go as a fresh mail and after that all mails should go as forwarding...could you guys please help me out in this regard.

I have been waiting for any help....please help...me...if it can be done......or not....thanks
